"ALL ABOUT WEIGHT"


How advanced science would be now if Isaac Newton had not been seating
under an apple tree watching one of its fruits falling down?
Stupendous! Incredible! Gravity was discovered! But…What is gravity?
Gravity is the attraction the earth exerts toward its center.
This force although it does not feel too strong, maintains all things that has
weight on its surface, the bigger the weight, the stronger the attraction.
We can walk, we can run, we can jump without any problem, but as we get
older, this “mild” attraction feels stronger!
The gravitational force do not change, we do!
When we are young we practically don’t feel it!
We don’t even know it exists! But as the years pass by, becomes our enemy.
As kids or youngsters, we exercise a lot, but little by little we begin to think
We do not need it! But… How wrong we are!
If we stop fighting against the gravity force, it will take us down faster than
we think! But what we don’t realize is that: The heavier we are,
the attraction is stronger and more difficult for us to move, to walk etc.
I saw in the television a ninety plus years Lady performing Gymnastic
Exercises as she were an eighteen years old girl, AMAZING!
The secret of her longevity: EXERCISE! Of course!
The other side of the coin shows when I see people on their early thirties
or younger, that their only exercise is eating and drinking!
Before they know it, they will begin to walk with difficulties!
C’mon Guys! Wake up!
Eating well and exercising is the best medicine we can give to our bodies!
The only antidote before illnesses hit us!
All right! All right!
Why don’t you exercise yourself and shut up?
Well, because loving people is not thinking in ourselves only!
But also in the others! Besides, if you don’t want to take advantage of
exercising, keep eating and drinking as you always do, and…
I am sure you will understand it later!
Live longer and healthier! Exercise and….
